Professional Profile
Bryan is the technical heart of KeniaTax. He is a tax and accounting professional with more than a decade of experience across accounting, tax and audit. He has spent his career helping Kenyan businesses grow with confidence and protecting them from avoidable losses to the taxman.
Before KeniaTax, Bryan worked with a range of companies and consulting firms. He handled tax matters and disputes for clients across many sectors, trained teams on their tax obligations, and carried out accounting and audit assignments. This gave him a rare view of tax from every angle. He has prepared the books, reviewed them as an auditor, filed the returns, and defended clients when KRA came calling.
His Role at KeniaTax
Bryan leads KeniaTax's technical team, which works on clients' tax cases and complex tax issues. He oversees the firm's internal systems and directs the KeniaTax Tax Training Programme. That means every module, case study and practical exercise our participants work through carries his technical standard and real-world experience.
Leadership Style
Bryan is a people person. He believes tax confidence is built through clear explanation, patience and practical guidance, not jargon. Clients and participants describe him as approachable and dependable, and as someone who turns intimidating tax problems into clear, manageable steps. His colleagues value the same strengths in his leadership: he develops his team, shares his knowledge freely and holds everyone to a high technical standard.

In Bryan's Words
“Most of the tax problems I have seen in my career were never about businesses refusing to pay. They were about businesses not knowing what was expected of them until it was too late. Every Kenyan business, from the small shop to the large manufacturer, deserves to understand its taxes well enough to pay what is right, protect what is theirs and face KRA with confidence. That is why I do this work.”
